If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. mekdi88's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final and may not be appealed except through officially designated channels.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the mekdi88 support team via email.
